Step into nature and savor the beauty of Lewis Ginter Botanical Gardens for our quarterly Mindfulness and Movement one-day silent retreat. Enjoy the opportunity to unite mind, body and spirit through guided sitting meditations, walking meditations through the garden, and gentle mindful movement. Join us for a day of wellness and renewal while deepening your meditation and mindfulness practice.
Experienced practitioners will lead you through a wonderful synergy of relaxation and self-exploration. The day will include silent time alone as well as in community. Listen deeply to your body and witness the beauty of your soul through nature, silence, meditation and movement.
The retreat is suitable for those with all levels of meditation experience as well as for those seeking a day to go inward. Newcomers may find it helpful to attend the introduction to mindfulness program first, however, all are welcomed and encouraged to attend.
