Intentions bring into vivid awareness how you want to live your life and direct your energy. Asking “What is my intention?" - for this day, this job, this relationship, this experience - clarifies what's most important, guides you in how you want to “incline” your life, and supports your approach to how you want to be in any given situation.
The act of writing intentions is like setting an inner compass for navigating life’s joys and sorrows. This 2-hour workshop will share specific guidance on how to write intentions and honor them, as well as time for practice and optional sharing.
