Elaine Kiziah, PhD, is the voice behind See Change Studio, where she teaches, writes, and coaches on soulful approaches to time and life management — and about how to use journaling as a tool for transformation. Licensed in Virginia as an applied psychologist, Elaine has also completed extensive training with the Therapeutic Writing Institute. For 30+ years, she has used her own journaling to see her through many life transitions and, more recently, as a regular spiritual practice. A member of the Chrysalis faculty, Elaine is an award-winning trainer who brings warmth and depth of spirit to all of her programs.
