Combining traditional contemplative practices with contemporary psychology and scientific research, this 8-week class will introduce ways for you to lead a more compassionate life. Through instruction, daily meditation, mindfulness, and in-class interaction, you can strengthen your capacity for compassion, empathy, and kindness. Daily meditation home-practice will be assigned.
