Having children teaches us about the vastness of our hearts as well as the boundaries of our patience! In this 6-session class, we'll explore mindfulness principles and practices (and the brain-based research behind them), providing you with skills to navigate the inevitable stresses of parenthood. You'll walk away with foundations for your own mindfulness practice to be more present, attuned, calm, and composed with your kids.
