Being a leader is one of the most challenging roles we can adopt. Leadership requires a variety of skills, talents, and passion. Effective leadership models vary from a quiet, behind-the-scenes approach to more aggressive, dynamic methods, and everything in between. Every leader wants to be effective, but our "immediate-response-required" 24/7 world often distracts us from what matters most. Imagine if you could cultivate your inner capabilities to assess situations with clarity, foster creativity, and inspire true engagement. When you lead mindfully and from your authentic self, it will benefit not only your employees, customers, and organization, but yourself as well.
Join us after work for a drink as we discuss the benefits and purpose of mindful leadership, exploring day-to-day practices to make you a more present, more effective leader.
