We cannot live the afternoon of life according to the program of life’s morning, for what was great in the morning will be little at evening, and what in the morning was true, at evening will have become a lie. —Carl Jung
As you contemplate growing older, what are you curious about? What is surprising? What is challenging? Discover new resources and support to live the years beyond mid-life with spirit, resilience, joy, and wisdom.
During this 4-session class, you'll be guided through reflective work to uncover new understandings about your inner self and deepest values. Using mindfulness meditation, experiential exercises, contemplative discussion, and text study, we’ll identify possibilities and opportunities that this stage of life may offer. This class is recommended for ages 60+. Please purchase and bring the book Wise Aging by Rabbi Rachel Cowan and Dr. Linda Thal to the first class.
