Step into nature and savor the beauty of Lewis Ginter Botanical Gardens on this one-day silent retreat. Unite your mind, body and spirit using guided sitting meditations, walking meditations in the garden, and gentle mindful movement. Experienced practitioners will help you deepen your meditation and mindfulness practice as you listen deeply to your body and witness the beauty of your soul through nature, silence, meditation and movement. The day will include time alone as well as in community.
The retreat is suitable for those with all levels of meditation experience. Newcomers may find it helpful to attend an Intro to Mindfulness class first, however, all are welcome and encouraged to attend.
