Sometimes stress becomes overwhelming. Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MSBR) gives you proven techniques for living in the present and reducing the worries and fears that cause unnecessary anxiety.
This highly acclaimed Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) program was developed by Dr. Jon Kabat-Zinn at the University of Massachusetts Medical Center in 1979. Since then, it’s been offered in more than 200 health centers around the world and has been the subject of numerous studies demonstrating its beneficial impact.
Participants cultivate an integrative view of mind and body, while also learning how thoughts, feelings and behaviors influence our emotional, physical and spiritual health. This is an excellent course for those new to mindfulness, those wishing to develop techniques for managing stress, and anyone who wishes to become more fully present and alive in this moment.
