Susan Brock Wilkes, PhD, is a psychologist, university professor, and award-winning instructor. A certified spiritual director and trained MBSR/MSC teacher, Susan has presented nationally as well as for a variety of local nonprofit and faith-based organizations. Susan is highly regarded in the Mindfulness community and beyond. She is also a past President of Chrysalis and co-editor of Words for the Journey.
John Taylor has practiced Reiki and other hands-on healing modalities for over 30 years. He teaches mindfulness at Chrysalis and is currently undergoing teacher training in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction through the UCSD Center for Mindfulness.
