Befriending Death: A Path to Self-Awareness and Peace

  • Chrysalis Gathering Space 3527 Ellwood Avenue Richmond, VA, 23221 United States (map)

Fears about death can create anxiety and unhappiness until we make peace with the truth that we all die one day.  As spiritual development and practice, preparing consciously for death allows an individual to release and resolve many fears and worries associated with the death experience, freeing one to live more fully and happily in each moment.

Ask yourself,  “Am I ready to dig deeper into my journey of befriending death?” If so, this program is designed to give you a starting point and guide you through what helps the human soul prepare for such a journey.  In the process, you’ll also learn how to create a forgiveness plan and experiment with your personal eulogy.

We invite you to free yourself to live more fully by consciously preparing for death through the guidance of an experienced practitioner.
