A perfect opportunity for busy people like you to drop-in and experience 30 minutes of silence to start off your week with clarity. Create a silent intention for the week and meditate with a small group of participants. Everyone is welcome, and we warmly encourage you to add this practice to your weekly calendar.
We offer a weekly rotation of meditation leaders to host and hold space for you. Benefit from sitting with hosts who bring diverse mindfulness training backgrounds and unique life experiences to the practice. If you have questions or insights, be sure to bring them and stick around for a few minutes afterwards to share. We’ll clear out of the space by 6:40pm to accommodate the following class.
