Mindfulness Mondays: 30 Minutes of Mindfulness to Start Your Week
This is a perfect opportunity for busy people like you to drop-in and experience 30 minutes of silence to start off your week with clarity. Quietly slip in, create a silent intention for the week, and meditate with a small group of participants. Everyone is welcome and we warmly encourage you to add this practice to your weekly calendar. And, we offer a weekly rotation of a unique cadre of meditation leaders scheduled to host and hold space for you on a rotating basis. This means you get the benefit of sitting with hosts who have diverse mindfulness training, and unique life experiences from applying the practice. So if you have questions and insights about your practice, be sure to bring them, and stick around for a few minutes afterwards to share. We’ll clear out the space by 6:40 PM to accommodate the next practice group who comes in.
