For new journal keepers and experienced writers alike, this monthly evening of reflection includes a time for centering, a writing warm-up activity, a period for more in-depth journaling, a brief time for optional sharing and reflection, and a closing ritual. Each month brings a different experience as we explore a variety of writing prompts. Music, poetry, imagery, metaphor and more will inspire you to connect with your truest self through the written word.

Licensed in Virginia as an applied psychologist, Elaine is currently working toward certification with the Therapeutic Writing Institute. For 30+ years, she has used her own journaling to see her through many life transitions and, more recently, as a regular spiritual practice.
