Mindful Parent Meet Up
A casual, monthly gathering for parents to learn formal and informal mindfulness practices and discuss how to use them at home. No registration or previous experience necessary. Join us!

Mindfulness for Parents of Children with Disabilities:
A daylong workshop exploring mindfulness practices to help reduce the stress that comes with the unique challenges of raising a child with special needs.

Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR):
Learn proven techniques for living in the present and reducing the worries and fears that cause unnecessary stress. Based on the highly acclaimed program of Dr. Jon Kabat-Zinn, this 8-session class will help you improve focus, combat stress, and become more resilient to unpredictable life events.

Mindful Mondays
A perfect opportunity for busy people to drop-in and experience 30 minutes of silence to start your week with clarity. Create a silent intention and meditate with a small group of participants. Everyone is welcome.
