Mindful Parent Meet Up: *new this Summer*
a casual group for parents to meet for formal and informal mindfulness practice and discussion - starts Sunday 7/8, 3-4:30pm
Mindful Mondays: every Monday 6-6:30pm
an unguided sitting meditation in a group setting
Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR): Wed evenings July/Aug
an 8 week course where you will learn formal and informal practices to help reduce stress as we explore the 4 foundations of mindfulness through this evidence-based program
