Combining traditional contemplative practices with contemporary psychology and scientific research, this 8-week class will introduce ways for you to lead a more compassionate life.
This 4-session study of The Transparency of Things: Contemplating the Nature of Experience by Rupert Spira will look clearly and simply at the nature of experience. The book is a series of contemplations that will guide us to understanding that our essential nature is neither body nor mind nor object nor subject, but rather presence, peace and the intimacy of oneness.
More than 70 years ago, Milton Trager, MD developed The Trager® Approach, which includes both table work and Mentastics® movements. This 2-hour workshop teaches simple movements that are playful, relaxing, and energizing.
Join us as we explore the essential wisdom of each major world religion, using Huston Smith’s beautifully illustrated The World’s Religions: Our Great Wisdom Traditions. This 8-session class will provide a small group setting for examining the evolution of religion and spiritual understanding alongside the evolution of humankind.

The act of writing intentions is like setting an inner compass for navigating life’s joys and sorrows. This 2-hour workshop will include specific guidance on how to write intentions and how to honor them, as well as time for practice and optional sharing.

This 8-week course will focus on strengthening three core competencies: self-kindness, a sense of common humanity, and mindfulness.
This class will cover basic Jungian concepts such as ego, persona, consciousness, unconsciousness, shadow, complexes, Self, and individuation. Be ready to examine the most difficult material of all: YOU.
