Dream Group

If you have been curious what your nightly dreams may mean or what they may be saying to you, or you just want to add another tool to your toolbox, join us for this monthly dream group!  Please come with a dream, pen and paper.

Swiss psychologist and psychiatrist Carl Jung believed our dreams reveal more than they conceal, and help us find healing and wholeness, while reconnecting us to a living spiritual world. Discover meanings behind the symbols and images in your dreams and experience various ways of working with your nightly dreams.

This drop in group is for beginners and those who have observed their dreams since childhood. We’ll follow a dream group format used by The Haden Institute that offers participants a chance to share and explore their dreams in a safe space.

This group will meet monthly on the last Thursday of each month. The drop in group is donation based but we ask that you register in advance if possible.

This program is for you if you:

  • have always wondered what your dreams ‘mean’

  • would benefit from a structure to explore and your analyze dreams

  • are interested in exploring dreams in a supportive community
