Our Practicing Mindfulness drop in group is all about learning how to apply mindfulness in our daily lives so that we are less reactive and more present. Join facilitators Kay Davidson and Martha Tyler and a group of everyday people just like you coming together in supportive community to practice and learn about mindfulness. What is mindfulness? How do I cultivate a meditation practice? No experience necessary and beginners are welcome. Each session will offer substantial time to practice, a talk about applying mindfulness practices to our everyday lives and time for discussion and sharing. Suggested donation $10.
