A perfect opportunity for busy people to drop-in and experience 30 minutes of silence to start your week with clarity. Create a silent intention for the week, and meditate in community. Everyone is welcome! We warmly encourage you to add this practice to your weekly calendar.
A weekly rotation of meditation leaders will host and hold space for you. Their diverse mindfulness training backgrounds and unique life experiences will enhance the practice. If you have questions or insights, be sure to stick around for a few minutes afterwards to share. We’ll clear out of the space by 6:40pm to accommodate the following class.
