A perfect opportunity for busy people like you, drop-in and experience 30 minutes of silence to start off your week with clarity. Create a silent intention for the week and meditate with a small group of participants. Everyone is welcome, and we warmly encourage you to add this practice to your weekly calendar. We offer a weekly rotation of a unique cadre of meditation leaders scheduled to host and hold space for you. This means you get the benefit of sitting with hosts who have diverse mindfulness training and unique life experiences with their practice. If you have questions or insights about your practice, be sure to bring them and stick around for a few minutes afterwards to share. We’ll clear out of the space by 6:40pm to accommodate the next practice group coming in.
